Although Gossip girl has fallen from glory in my eyes (it flounders for plot outside of the Constance Billard bubble), I still have a soft spot for Blair's snooty get-ups. That hat is priceless! I think I'll put my money to good use purchasing this beret from ShopCuffs.com. I'll pass on the tartan cape though...
