but really, I was at urban yesterday doing a little retail thereapy..which often leads to bad things. This one time when my big brother went away to camp for a summer i bought a 200$ ugly native american wanna be tribal dress. Its never seen the light of day. Stress and shopping don't mix well for me. SO I'm doing some major damage at Urban. I literally tried on close to 20 items and I walked away with some real treasures (weirdly enough) and one impulse buy...im hoping this isnt native american dress pt II. Its a faux python figure skater style tunic/dress thing? Im brave enough to wear it but i have a feeling my town isnt quite ready for it. Maybe when i vacation somewhere with actual clubs I can whip this baby out. What do you think?

Sorry for sucking!

I'm sorry for being a horrible blogger..but i have an excuse! I've been creepin on other blogs and learning from the pros! I think Im going to start taking pictures of my outfits like many of the other fashion bloggers out there. I've also been working hard at work, making that moneyz abercrombie style. Work has been interesting to say the least..my co-workers are great, i love my managers, but I swear to god if i get one more stink-eye from a12 year old customer or another beer belly frat boy over 20 hits on me..i will freak. Other than that, it's been smooth sailing on the retail seas. I've made a couple of purchases since the last time...a skirt from FCUK that hasn't come in yet, a dress from urban, a peasant top from abercrombie, some sweet cut-offs (pictures will come along later). I caved and got a twitter, so i tweet all the time now and follow miley cyrus like some dorky pre-teen. So, as a big apology and suck-up gesture, I'm going to attach the links of all the other blogs ya'll should keep up with! I promise they are eons better than this little one <3

So I saw the cutest Balmain imitation shoe in Teen Vogue..I think I want to buy them to wear to prom! The imitations are the second pair and they are by Jeffery Campbell..they carry his shoes at Urban Outfitters and Free People

There's something amazing about Balmain's Spring 2006 rtw line. Its the studs, its the tulle. I'm actually going to invest in some ripped jeans after seeing the pictures from this show.

OH MY GOD

Today is just about the most amazing day of my horrible year. I went to the mall (wore my adorable new frye's) and found the perfect blush at sephora..Calvin Klein "flush with desire" blush in "desire". Its pink and silky and PERFECT. Then, after that, i found the best jeans at Abercrombie Kids (yesss, i shop here, yes, i realize its for preteens. I'm a tiny person). They are the "Maddy" dark rinse jeans. So im checking out..and here is when my day gets really good. I was offered a job!! I've always secretly wanted to work there, and there i was, getting an interview scheduled! Amazing!!! And my day gets better. Once ive got the abercrombie card, i look at the bottom and notice the little listing of all the stores that are owned by the same company as abercrombie..and i notice an unfamiliar one. Its called Gilly Hicks. (Side note: i dont know if i have mentioned this before...but im an undies fiend. i LOVE cute underwear. When aerie was created i almost cried. I love underwear. ok, end of side note.) I google gilly hicks (ignore the plethora of naked men on the site..could do without that, thanks) and I discover that it is this amazingly inexpensive yet divinely beautiful underwear boutique. OH MY GOD. I seriously almost got carpet burn racing for my credit card. Life is good.

Shoes..Again

Sorry for the shoe orgy going on lately, but i found yet another shoe Im thinking about lately...Pour La Victoire Pascale Woven Heel for 319 on Revolveclothing.com but I think the Mimi Cage Heel is much more in my price range after the damage done to my wallet by the Fryes..

Clogs! ..Maybe?

I dont really know if its a legit clog or a sandal. All I know is that they are destined for my feet this summer. My preferred option is the Frye Dara Sling-back off of Shopbop.com. My second choice and less cute option (but more affordable) is the Steve Madden Tacee shoe. The last and the least expensive option and by far the least adorable shoe the We Who See Cutout Mule.
Update: I ordered the Fryes!!!! Im so excited! Ill take pictures of them as soon as they arrive..Im so pumped!
